The following services have no charge and are given upon request.
· We can give you advice on documents you’ll need when taking your vehicle into Mexican territory, where to buy your vehicle insurance and personal medical insurance ( Vehicle and personal insurances are services we have used personally but have not any contact or have any monetary gain when referring these companies to you). Our only wish is to make easier your visit to Mexico.
· If you don’t have a specific church to go to, we can refer you a church close to Ebenezer Country House. There are a lot of small churches that need extra help.
· If you don’t have interpreters with you, we can get them. Interpreters are Christian boys and girls, they are volunteers and usually receive an offering at the end of your mission. Their offering is not included in the fee and the fees of lodging and/or food have to be added in your daily cost of housing and meals.
What the fee DOES NOT include:
· Trip Expenses (temporal vehicle import fees in the Mexican border, road and bridge tolls, fuel, meals, personal and vehicle insurance premiums and deductibles, plane tickets, hotel, etc.).
· Medical Expenses
· Souvenirs
· Gifts and offerings given to pastors, interpreters or anyone else.
· Materials used for your ministries.
